Scheduling

Vendor presentations and hospitality requests are scheduled Tuesday through Friday.

Presentation Options

All Staff: 11:00 AM–1:00 PM
We ask for lunch coverage for 80-90 employees (this varies based on location)

Physician and Clinical Team: 12:00 PM–1:00 PM
Typically 4–6 attendees

All presentations are scheduled based on physician availability and clinic needs. Dates and times may vary depending on location.
