All patients should have received an email with a link to set up an account on our patient portal. To speed up the check-in process, please use that link to set up your account and enter your information prior to coming to Louisiana Orthopaedic Specialists for your appointment.
New Patients
Creating a Patient Account
Please use link sent via email, after scheduling your appointment to create your new patient account (please check your junk email and inbox for a message from Exscribe).
Please email info@laorthospec.com if you do not have the email, or have any problems with the link that was sent via email.
Completing Patient Forms
The patient portal is the quickest and most accurate method to complete the information needed prior to check-in for your appointment.
New patient forms can be printed, completed, and brought to the clinic for your appointment.
Note: This process will require someone to enter the information into your chart after you arrive for your appointment and may take more time at check-in.
