Observation & Employment Pathways for Therapy Student Workers

At LOS Rehabilitation, we value the curiosity and energy that students bring to our clinics. Whether you are exploring a career in therapy or looking for meaningful work experience, we offer opportunities to learn, contribute, and grow.

Volunteer & Shadow Opportunities

We welcome individuals interested in learning more about the therapy profession.

During your visit, you will observe real-world patient care, gain exposure to clinic operations, and see firsthand how our therapists support recovery.

Transitioning to Employment

If your observation experience leaves you inspired to join our team, you may be eligible to apply for a Therapy Technician position or a Medical Office Role.

  • For Therapy Technician Role, APPLY HERE
    • Availability: Minimum of 4 shifts per week
      • Shift times: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM
      • For Medical Role, APPLY HERE
        • Availability: Minimum of 4 shifts per week
          • Shift times: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM

        In these roles, you will support patient care and contribute to the daily flow of our clinics.
